I received my item damaged, what now?

Rest assured, instances of products arriving damaged are extremely rare, thanks to our rigorous quality control measures conducted by our trained warehouse staff prior to shipping. However, should such an unlikely event occur, please send us a photo of the damage by getting in contact with our support staff. Simply send an e-mail to service@campxplorer.com. We will promptly dispatch a replacement at no extra cost, prioritizing your shipment.
